Are there going to be splat/source books for 2.0, or is it just going to be the core book?

Couldn't say. I hope there are but I'm no longer well-connected enough to know much about product strategies.

How different was your 2.0 material from the original take, or is it more a case of updating the setting?

I think the best way to characterize it is an update and a soft reboot. This was more cleanup than re-imagining.
