The next low bar for converting Iron Kingdoms to D&D5 is races.

Really, this is so easy I should be ashamed of myself.

IK Race Use D&D5 Stats For Notes
Human Human Duh.
Dwarf Dwarf Both subraces are coequal among the Rhulfolk.
Goblin (Gobber) Gnome Rural gobbers tend toward the forest gnome subrace stats, while urban gobbers are more likely to reflect rock gnome stats.
Goblin (Bogrin) Halfling Both subraces are coequal.
Elf (Iosan) Elf (High Elf) -
Elf (Nyss) Elf (Wood Elf) Replace +1 Wisdom with +1 Constitution.
Ogrun Half-Orc -
Trollkin Half-Orc Remove Menacing and Savage Attacks traits. Add the following traits:
Stout Resilience: You have advantage on saving throws against poison, and you have resistance against poison damage.
Improved Healing: During each short rest, you regain hit points equal to your Constitution score. This is in addition to any Hit Dice you spend for healing.

There are no Iron Kingdoms equivalents for drow or dragonborn. Any tieflings are probably the results of something even worse than the default D&D5 origin. There are about five half-elves in the world and they're all miserable.
