Recuperation
Aug. 3rd, 2020 06:43 amThe last couple of weekends, we've worked out on Saturday morning (changing up the schedule due to late-night gaming conflicts with early mornings). Following a bunch of squats with a long bike ride on Sunday morning has left my legs in simmering pain for a couple of days afterward. We skipped Saturday's workout because we were lazy and forgot we knew we were going kayaking that evening, and I don't have any ill effects today from the ride.
